AUBiH specially designed eight weeks program Peace and Conflict (June 20-August 14, 2016) that would give students a rare opportunity to absorb Bosnian culture, way of life and traditions.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is one of very few places where students can learn first hand about conflict, reconciliation, human rights, resilience, war crimes, and genocide. Students get a chance to visit different sites and talk to genocide survivors in addition to taking courses and doing internship in relevant international and national organizations. Also, summer program includes exciting excursions where students can enjoy beautiful country. As a short term resident scholars, students would gain an insight and experience that simply is not available to tourists, such as study the international dynamics and challenges of state and nation building in this post-conflict society on the door-step of the European Union.
