Project Summary Against the background of world’s energetical crisis and owing to insufficient natural energy resources in our country there exists thermal energy deficit in Georgia. Today in the world the preference is given to development and investing of energy resources and energy saving technologies. This is associated with searching and creating of new alternative sources of energy. One of the important tendencies for solving this problem is production of alternative composite fuel from accumulated in the environment large quantities of combustible carbon-bearing wastes. Development of this new type of fuel will bring some positive result in the direction of saving traditional energy resources.
